Your Therapist

I am a qualified person-centred counsellor and trauma informed therapist, continuing my professional development with integrative therapy.

I have a background in mental health support work and mentoring and I have spent many years working with people in this way, with a variety of clients both adults and children.

If you are struggling, you are not alone.

Individual therapy sessions are tailored to your unique needs and goals. I know that no matter what you have been through, no one has experienced it in the way that you have or feels the way you do. I understand that we are all unique and I want to help you in this process, to understand your feelings and to remember who you are and want to be.

Couples Therapy

Couples therapy sessions provide a safe and supportive environment to help you and your partner work through conflict, improve communication, and strengthen your relationship.

Online therapy

I offer Online therapy services for those who are unable to attend in-person sessions or prefer the convenience of virtual therapy. My online therapy sessions are conducted securely and confidentially via teams or through WhatsApp business.

Family Therapy

Family therapy sessions focus on improving communication, resolving conflicts, and strengthening relationships within your family. I work with families of all shapes, sizes, and backgrounds.

NDA's

Find confidential support and guidance during challenging transitions no matter who you are. I work with celebrities in the same way that I do anyone else, with respect and privacy. I am happy to complete NDA's sent to me by your team before I even know who you are and have done this with many public figures.
